Algarve clubs were gathered to prepare the start of competitions

The Algarve Football Association (AFA) had a meeting this Tuesday, September 1st, by videoconference, with the clubs participating in the district senior competitions with the main objective of preparing the start of the competitions.

The sessions, held at 19:30 pm for football and at 21:00 pm for futsal, were attended by dozens of sports agents representing almost all clubs with senior teams. the resumption of competitive practice.

With regard to the rules for the context of training and competition at the training levels, it was informed that there will be further reflection by the General Directorate of Health (DGS) and the Portuguese Football Federation after the start of the new school year.

«At a still delicate moment that we are all going through, we recognize the solidarity of all our clubs and thank you for the constructive attitude shown once again, as well as for the enormous respect in complying with the standards recommended by the DGS», says the AFA.
