After the success of the first session, Albufeira Summer Live is back this Friday, day , for another session of music mixed with the best landscapes of Albufeira.
This summer campaign prepared by the Municipality of Albufeira reached, on the 17th, around 350 thousand people, with the performances of Diego Miranda and Wilson Honrado.
This time, the stage will be filled with two of the best known names in dance music in Albufeira, as well as one of the most internationally recognized Portuguese DJs who developed part of his early career here. Luizinho and Jay Martin share the opening and Pete tha Zouk takes us to the sunset. The location of these performances will only be disclosed at the time of broadcast.
These sessions of Albufeira Summer Live start at 19:30 and can be followed on the social networks of the Municipality of Albufeira, Algarve Tourism Region, Albufeira Promotion Agency and Rádio Comercial.
With nearly 30 years of career, Luizinho has already worked in the most mythical houses in Albufeira, such as Silvia's, Sete e Meio, Silver Screen and Alabaster. His career includes three years of residency at Kadoc and four years at Locomia, where he worked side by side with the great names of dance music such as Deep Dish, David Morales, Eric Morillo, Josh Wink, Dave Clark, Masters at Work and many most. His international career includes performances in Spain, England, Ireland, Germany and Brazil.
Jay Martin is one of the safest in dance music today in Albufeira. His career as a DJ was born out of his passion for music. In his first experiences as a DJ, he went through Buhba Bar, Liberto's, Prensa (Braga) and Room (Beja). But it was at KISS Club that he took root, taking up residence in this house for three years. He also spent time at Club Vida in a two-year residency. From her international career, performances at the Amsterdam Dance Event stand out.
Both share the first performance to follow from 19:30 pm.
At 20:30, it's time to enter one of the Portuguese DJs with the greatest international projection and whose career is also closely linked to Albufeira. This is Pete Tha Zouk, a name that needs no introduction, being the 37th DJ in the world, according to the DJ Mag Top 100.
Algarvian by birth, the beginning of his career is closely linked to Albufeira, mainly due to his residence in two iconographic spaces in the city: Mitto and Locomia, which allowed him to work with some of the great names in national and international dance music. With his assertion as a DJ, the time Pete Tha Zouk spent in the production studio was largely compensated for by the success of various themes. His work supported a successful international career with several awards achieved.
His career includes several distinctions by the magazine "Dance Club", in categories such as "Dj Revelation", "Best Producer" and "Best Single of the Year", as well as by the website "noite.pt" in the category of "Best Portuguese DJ" . In Brazil it was voted as the "DJ
Revelation”, country where he worked on New Year's Eve for 2010.
Being part of the exclusive list of the 50 best DJs in the world, Pete Tha Zouk has been one of the most requested Portuguese DJs in recent years, below and beyond borders, which is why there is a vast legion of fans around him.
Organized by the Municipality of Albufeira, Albufeira Summer Live also has a partnership with Rádio Comercial, APAL – Albufeira Promotion Agency, RTA – Algarve Tourism Region, which will also broadcast all the concerts.
