The Algarve Forum, in Faro, and the Continente Portimão Shopping Center have new MEO stores, in a «proximity concept».
«With a new concept of proximity, without physical barriers between customers and service professionals, the brand's new spaces have logistical conditions oriented towards experimentation, on site, of all services and products», says Altice, in a press release.
The new MEO spaces in Faro – with 88 square meters (m2) – and Portimão – with 30 m2 – «materialize Altice Portugal's commitment to improving the experience of all its customers».
MEO's most recent own stores, completely devoid of storefronts, spacious and without any service desk separating those who serve from those who are served, promote a closer and more emotional service style, aimed at adapting each customer's experience to their standards consumption and way of life.
The new MEO store at the Forum Algarve Shopping Center has six service positions taken by a total of 18 specialized professionals. It will be open seven days a week, from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 22:00 pm and Fridays, Saturdays and the eve of public holidays: from 10:00 am to 23:00 pm.
The new MEO Portimão Continente Store has three service positions with a total of seven specialized professionals, who will receive customers from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 am and 23:00 pm.
