Pestana Alvor South Beach is the first certified hotel in Portugal, through the Disinfection Control Program that this hotel group is implementing in all its network units, in the country and abroad, internationally certified by the SGS Group.
The processes will follow at the Pestana Palácio do Freixo, Pestana Palace Lisboa and Pestana Carlton Madeira, and will then be extended to the other hotels of the Group, as they reopen.
Reinforcing the guarantee of safety for guests, tour operators and employees, this program guarantees document analysis, supervision of the cleaning process, sampling and laboratory tests to assess the state of hygiene and disinfection, as well as the attribution of the brand SGS Disinfestation Monitored, as evidence of compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
