Two young people, aged 19 and 20, died this Tuesday, June 2nd, in a crash that took place on the road at the Airport of Faro.
Ao Sul Informação, source of the District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) of Faro he said that the young people were traveling in a light vehicle and the alert was given at 23:47.
The deaths "were immediately declared on the spot". The male victims were the only occupants of the car.
As for the causes of the accident “will now be investigated”, the same source told our newspaper.
There were 27 operational and 13 Fire Department vehicles at the site. Faro, GNR, Cruz Vermelha and EDP, as the car also damaged an electricity pole.
