The rendering of individual accounts of the Chamber, the inventory of assets, the cash flow map and the first budget change, as well as the regulation of retail trade, restaurants and street drinks, and also the discussion of the Municipal Plan for the Defense of Floresta contra Fires will be discussed and voted on at the 2nd Ordinary Session of 2020 of the Municipal Assembly of Portimão, which will take place on June 29, at 21 pm, in the Municipal Museum Auditorium.
The agenda starts with citizen intervention, as usual. But, "for reasons of safety and public health, the attendance of citizens" will be limited to the eight places available, warns João Vieira, president of AM de Portimão, in the notice.
There follows the Period on the Agenda, which will have five points.
The first will be the "consideration and voting of the documents of individual accountability, related to the fiscal year of 2019 and proposal of application of results".
It is followed by the "assessment of the inventory of assets recorded in the accounting for the financial year 2019".
The third point will be the discussion and voting of the proposal for approval "of the 2019 cash flow map and incorporation of the balance of the 2019 budget execution, in the 2020 revenue and expenditure budget, through the 1st amending budget amendment".
It will then be discussed and voted on “the draft regulation of the activity of retail trade and restaurants and beverages with a non-sedentary nature”.
Finally, the Municipal Plan for the Defense of Forest against Fires of Portimão 2020-2029 will be debated and voted on.
