Associação In Loco and ANIMAR – Portuguese Association for Local Development are disclosing, to producers and consumers, two platforms that «can contribute to the affirmation of local production and proximity consumption».
These are the “Prato Certo” projects, promoted by Associação In Loco and “Smart Farmer”, under the responsibility of OIKOS.
This Friday, the 24th, between 15:00 pm and 17:00 pm, there will be a debate on these issues, which can be registered. here
Because, argue the promoters, «due to the emergency that we are experiencing as a result of Covid-19, short agri-food circuits are increasingly relevant in our lives, as they allow us to acquire fresh products, without leaving the house or with less travel, thus contributing to the revitalization of the local economy and support to agriculture».
«The In Loco Association and Oikos are currently working on these issues, and have platforms that streamline the relationship between consumers and producers», add the promoters.
