«We are going for you» is the name of the campaign that the Parish Council of Portimão has launched to help its elderly population, aged 65 and over, who must not leave their homes to avoid being infected by Covid-19.
«To avoid the risk of contagion by Covid-19, the elderly population, aged over 65 and residing in the parish of Portimão, can count on the Junta to replace them in their essential purchases», explains the municipality on its page of Facebook.
It's just that, he adds, "we go to the supermarket, pharmacy and market for you."
