The Minister of Internal Administration has just explained, at a press conference, the measure of state of public calamity decreed in Ovar, clarifying that "access is prohibited" to all people in that municipality. There are 40 positive cases of Covid-19 in that municipality, which is in mandatory geographic quarantine.
The state of calamity in Ovar was decreed and “essentially means the creation of a situation applicable to the whole municipality and a set of restrictions”. “All of us are prohibited from accessing the municipality of Ovar,” said Eduardo Cabrita.
