SIXT rent-a-car and the Luna Hotels & Resorts Group established a partnership for the opening of two rent-a-car branches in two of the group's hotels in the Algarve.
This partnership celebrates an exclusive meeting between one of the largest rent-a-cars in the world and one of the largest hotel groups in the country, in order to create a new mobility solution in the Algarve region.
Comfort and quality are the foundation of this service. A guest at one of Grupo Luna's hotels has the convenience of having breakfast, picking up your car at an exclusive rate and going out to do business or discover the region.
With no worries and no going around, the guest uses his time for what is really important to him. At the end of his day, when he returns to the hotel, he returns the car.
Luna Solaqua, in Albufeira, is the first hotel to have a SIXT counter, where more than 40 cars are available for rent. This is also the first SIXT branch in a hotel lobby in Portugal, which will be followed by others, starting with Luna Alvor Village.
In addition to this new mobility solution in the Algarve, all Luna Group guests can benefit from exclusive rental conditions from North to South of Portugal, being able to reserve a car before or during their stay at the hotel.
SIXT and Grupo Luna are both growing in Portugal. The establishment of this strategic partnership is essential to potentialize the two markets in which they operate, the automotive sector and the hotel industry.

ABOUT THE LUNA GROUP
In 2020, Grupo Luna will open its 15th hotel unit, in Tábua, in the center of the country.
