University of Algarve presents results of the Maestrale project

Maestrale aimed at promoting blue energies in the Mediterranean area

The regional results of the Maestrale project, which aimed to promote blue energies in the Mediterranean area, will be presented today, the 24th, in an Open Day that will take place from 9:00 am, at the institution's Gambelas Campus, in Faro.

This will be the project's regional closing event, where the main results of the initiative will be presented. The session is hosted by the Division of Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer (CRIA) of the University of Algarve, which is associated with the CreaInnovation Seminar – Innovation for sustainability, which takes place today in the seminar room of the UAlg Rectory.

«The Maestrale project has as its general objective the promotion of the development of Blue Energy in the Mediterranean region, as a key sector for sustainable growth, through the promotion of creation and the networking transnational of clusters innovative,” described UAlg.
