The Chamber of Faro took 150 elderly people from the county to the cinema to watch a documentary film about the life of Tony Carreira, on Friday, the 20th.
The event “Let's go to the Cinema!” , promoted by the Municipality's Office for Elderly Support, «aimed at providing the elderly with a different cultural morning, watching the great success “Tony”, a documentary of the current year that addresses the life of the popular Portuguese singer, Tony Carreira».
This was another initiative of the Program Faro Senior who develops various social, recreational and cultural activities with Farenses seniors.
