Dredging at the Port of Lagos has already been awarded

79 cubic meters will be dredged

The dredging works of the port of Lagos were awarded last week by the General Directorate of Natural Resources, Safety and Maritime Services (DGRM) and the contract was signed this Wednesday, September 4th, revealed the Ministry of the Sea , in a statement.

The public tender to carry out the dredging, which will cost around 413 thousand euros, was launched in June.

The volume of sediment to be dredged is 79 cubic meters and the «execution period of three months».
