The group exhibition “Artistas pela Paz” is open until the 19th of October, at the Praça do Mar Gallery, in Quarteira.
Integrated in the commemorations of the International Day of Peace, this exhibition has more than two dozen works that, through painting, mixed technique and drawing, aim to raise awareness for the promotion of actions that lead to the end of conflicts between peoples and to world peace .
The exhibition will tour several locations and, in the case of Quarteira, the highlight is the presence of works by the artist Adérita Silva and the sociocultural project “Sou Quarteira”.
The opening hours are as follows: Tuesday to Saturday, from 15:00 pm to 19:00 pm and from 20:00 pm to 23:00 pm.
Free entry, the exhibition is co-organized by the Municipality of Loulé, the Portuguese Council for Peace and Cooperation (CPPC) and the PAS – Peace and Art Society.
