Jazz will once again reverberate at Sítio das Fontes de Estômbar, in Lagoa, between the 28th and 30th of June, in a new edition of the Lagoa Jazz Fest.
In the 15th edition of the event, Câmara de Lagoa presents «a poster of quality and diversity, consistent with the usual objective of presenting different instruments, aesthetics and musical approaches in the field of jazz», according to the municipality.
On June 28, the French trio Charlier / Sourisse / Winsberg will take the stage to present the show “Tales from Michael”. On the 29th, concerts by the LRK Trio (Russia) and JD Walter (USA) will follow.
On the last day, June 30, the Lagoa Jazz Fest will feature performances by the Portuguese duo made up of Cláudio Alves and Gonçalo Sousa and by the trio Tafuis / Beccalossi / Buschini (Brazil/Italy/Argentina), who will present the concert “Três Mundos”.
The concerts always start at 22 pm, but the doors of the Municipal Park of Sítio das Fontes open much earlier, at 00 pm.
Tickets cost 10 euros with a 20% discount for those with a cultural passport or Lagoa Social card.
