The videomapping show «Mar Global», to be projected on the wall, next to the old wharf of the river, in Lagos, marks this Sunday, May 5th, the start of the strong program of the Cultural Week Places of Globalization.
Sunday will also be the last day of the 2019 edition of the Festival of Discoveries, so that, through the “Global Sea”, the two events are interconnected.
Produced on purpose last year, for the first edition of the Cultural Week Places of Globalization, this time, the videomapping will be shown in four sessions, every half hour, from 21 pm to 00:22 pm.
The Algarve Tourism Region, explained Sónia Felicidade, of the Vicentina association, which promotes the Cultural Week, finances the replacement of this film, which starts from «a sentence by the philosopher Agostinho da Silva, who saw Lagos as a departure pier, who compared to Cape Canaveral».
The exhibitions on the city wall are open-air, with free entry.
