Aljezur receives extension from IndieJúnior

Films will be shown under a partnership between IndieLisboa and Câmara de Aljezur

Aljezur will receive, on the 18th and 19th of May, at Espaço+, an extension of the IndieJúnior festival, in a partnership between IndieLisboa and the City Council.

Within IndieLisboa, IndieJúnior is a specific programming of animated films for children from 3 years of age onwards and for the whole family, presented in three series, according to age: from 3 onwards years, from 6 years and from 10 years.

The extension in Aljezur will start with the baby car who skipped the driving school to tour the city. Then there is Mr. Gnome who cannot enjoy his sunbathing because he is a cloudy day. Next, the cat Percy is looking forward to spending a few quiet days n'the paradise of cats. «It will also be the first time that Indie Júnior will leave the theaters of Lisbon, making its “debut” outside the capital precisely in
Aljezur, placing this Vincentian municipality on the national circuit of the junior programming of this international film festival», adds the municipality.

IndieLisboa is an international and generalist film festival, which offers the Portuguese public the exceptional opportunity to see Portuguese and foreign films of all genres that cannot be seen in any other way, as they do not comprise, in their majority, the so-called commercial distribution circuits.
