Júdice Fialho Group welcomes Erasmus+ partners

In addition to the normal activities, there was a small training in SBV

The 7th European Meeting of the “History that unites us” project, within the scope of Erasmus+, took place from May 5th to 11th, in Portimão, with the Júdice Fialho School Grouping as host.

With the participation of teachers and students from nine European schools, from Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, England, Sweden, Bulgaria, Lithuania and Portugal, several activities took place at the Júdice Fialho Basic School, with the aim of sharing experiences and innovative pedagogical practices and to promote knowledge and relationships between students and teachers in these countries.

In addition to visiting the static Civil Protection exhibition at the EB Júdice Fialho premises, students and teachers practiced Basic Life Support maneuvers, guided by operatives from the Portimão Volunteer Firefighters, with translation into English, French and Spanish.

During the Group's Science, Culture and Sport Days, the group of partners was also accompanied by Portuguese students who, in addition to guaranteeing hospitality, were essential in the translations, putting into practice the learning they had acquired.

Students and teachers enjoyed the excellent Algarve weather and there was also time to get to know the city and its natural corners.
