The Tuna Universitária Afonsina de Loulé International Festival (Fitualle) takes place this Saturday, April 20, at 21 pm, at the Cine-Teatro Louletano.
Doing justice to tradition «a very lively show is expected with lots of music, good mood and academic spirit», advances the organization which has, this year, three tunas in the competition: Trovantina – Tuna Masculina of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, TAFDUP – Academic Tuna of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and FAN- Farra Académica de Coimbra.
Feminis Ferventis – Tuna Académica Feminina from the University of Algarve is invited.
TUALLE – Tuna Académica Afonsina de Loulé had its first rehearsal on March 19, 2000 and its first official performance in Vilamoura that same year.
Since then, TUALLE has presented several shows in renowned festivals in the most diverse regions of Portugal, from the Algarve through Alentejo, Estremadura, Beiras, Azores and Madeira.
The show has an estimated duration of three and a half hours, is aimed at the general public and tickets cost 5 euros without applicable discounts.
