Fernando Loureiro will be the head of the list of the PURP – United Party of Pensioners and Pensioners to the European Elections.

Fernando Rui Martins Loureiro, who is 71, is a retired banker and a former combatant from Ultramar, in Guinea. The candidate is also president of the PURP.
