Tonight there is a total eclipse of the super-Moon visible in Portugal

Total eclipse lasts from 4:41 am until 5:44 am this morning

In the early hours of this Sunday to Monday, there will be a total lunar eclipse of a super-Moon (the first of three this year).

If the sky is not cloudy, the phenomenon can be seen practically all over the world, except in far eastern Asia, Australia and New Zealand. It will be a total eclipse of a super-Moon, because the Moon, in full moon phase, appears to be larger (in its closest approach to Earth, the Moon will appear 14% larger in the sky).
