Jody Lot, Matthias Sandeck and Humberto Silva are part of the new underwater fishing team of the Clube Naval de Portimão (CNP), formalized this Saturday.
This trio was the national team champion for the last three years. Jody has won several individual titles throughout his career: three national champions, one Portuguese Cup, one European/Africa champion and two world champions. And he has several team titles with his teammates, in doubles and triples. Matthias was already national champion of masters, in 2013.
The club intends to «develop underwater fishing in Portimão and the Algarve and bring important competitions in the sport to our coast, starting with stages of the national championship, this year, a fact that has not happened since 2010».
