The auditorium of Solar da Música Nova will be inaugurated on February 1st and will be put to the test on the same day.
In addition to the opening ceremony, scheduled for 18:30 pm, the population is invited to attend a concert with teachers and students from the Loulé Music Conservatory – Francisco Rosado and the Artistas de Minerva Philharmonic Band, at 21:30 pm.
“This new multipurpose space has a capacity for 120 seats. With a multipurpose use, both cultural performances in the areas of music, dance, theater or auditions can take place, as well as various initiatives such as seminars, conferences or training sessions», according to the Câmara de Loulé.
The auditorium also has an outdoor space that, «during breaks from the planned cultural sessions, can accommodate spectators, visitors or artists».
The official opening of this room, which is located in the building where the Loulé Francisco Rosado Music Conservatory has been operating since September, is part of the celebrations of the 31st anniversary of the elevation of Loulé to the city.
