The book “The Pleasure of Feeling-Thinking”, by Manuel da Luz, will be presented at the Auditorium of the Portimão Museum, on December 9th, at 16 pm. The presentation of the book is part of the official celebrations of the City Day.
This work, which is the second publication by the former mayor of Portimão, is prefaced by Father Mário Sousa and postfaced by José Figueiredo Figueiredo.
The book is composed of 117 texts which, in the author's words, "constitute an attempt to share feelings, perceptions of time and space, memories, where the tide comes out, sometimes full, sometimes empty, which gives flavor to life".
The work, edited by Arandis Editora, will be presented by Alexandra Rodrigues Gonçalves, regional director of Culture of the Algarve, in an event that will feature a musical moment by Grupo Coral Adágio, «in addition to other surprises».
