Entrepreneurial women from Portugal and Spain meet in Faro

The purpose of the meeting is to promote and internationalize projects developed by businesswomen in Portugal and Spain

More than 50 businesswomen from Portugal and Spain will meet on November 17, from 9:00 am, at Hotel Eva, in Faro, at the 1st business meeting “Juntas Somos Mais”, of the “Tres Culturas Del Mediterráneo” Foundation.

The initiative aims to “boost and internationalize projects developed by women entrepreneurs in Spain and Portugal”.

«More than 50 businesswomen from Spain and Portugal will be gathered to publicize their projects, share knowledge and detect new business opportunities, while also receiving training in terms of competitiveness, internationalization and digital economy. For now, 7 companies from the Algarve are confirmed (Faro, Loulé, São Brás de Alportel, Tavira), 17 from Alentejo and 37 from Andalusia, registration is still open”, according to the event's organizers.

This initiative is part of the INTREPIDA project – Internationalization of Women Entrepreneurs from Spain and Portugal for Insertion, Development and Alliances – which aims to enhance cross-border cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting has the local support of the City Council of Faro, of the Loulé Companies Nest – REGIOTIC, of ​​the Portalegre Region Business Association – NERPOR-AE, and of the Évora Region Business Nucleus-NERE.
