This week, Grupo Imobiliário Libertas launched the development Lux Garden – Alta de Faro, the first luxury private condominium in the city of Faro.
Claiming to be "meeting a growing demand", Libertas bet on the construction and promotion of that development in the Lejana area, next to Estrada da Senhora da Saúde, which the real estate group wants to make known as Alta de Faro, with luxury apartments with types between T2 and T4.
In an architecture of contemporary lines, designed for modern families, these high quality properties combine generous areas and a privileged location, being just minutes from all services, such as schools, hospital, or even downtown Faro or from the International Airport.
Although the city center is very close by, the Lux Garden apartments will feature extensive balconies and barbecue grills, allowing you to make the most of the privileged Algarve climate and family meals outdoors. The T2, T3 and T4 apartments also have private terraces with Jacuzzi.
The kitchens will be fully equipped, with electric shutters with central locking, reversible air conditioning, security doors, video intercom system and video surveillance system.
