The second cross-border citizens' dialogue, between Portugal and Spain, takes place this Thursday, 25 October, in El Almendro, in the province of Huelva (Spain), and is opened by Francisco Serra, president of the Coordination and Development Commission Regional (CCDR) of the Algarve and the Euroregion Alentejo-Algarve-Andalucía.

Organized by the European Commission, through the Europe Direct Information Centers in the Algarve and Huelva, the meeting will be attended by around 150 young people from the Algarve and Andalucía regions and aims to create a European public opinion with a view to the Elections European Unions of 2019.

The first meeting took place on the 30th of May, in Tavira, and a third edition is already scheduled, to take place on the 14th of February next year, in the localities of Vila Real de Santo António and San Silvestre de Guzmán, simultaneously.
