The Naval Club Gym Faro and the Swimming Club of Faro have just launched a Swimming School, which will operate in the Municipal Swimming Pools of Faro, and which, they announce, “will cover all the dimensions of formation”.
In facilities provided by the Municipality of the Algarve capital, the school offers "classes aimed at adapting to the aquatic environment", as well as "dedicated to levels of improvement" and is part of the "sports project jointly initiated in the swimming area" by the two associations.
«In addition to the training and sports development objectives that this project aims to achieve, this initiative aims, fundamentally and immediately, to respond to the effective need of a significant number of users of Municipal Swimming Pools in Faro that currently are without a sporting activity and that, in this way, and until another one is found by the local authority, they can enjoy all the benefits that these sporting activities entail», add the GCN and the Farense Swimming Club.
