Ideias do Levante – Associação Cultural de Lagoa will promote an Experimentation and Artistic Creation Workshop for children between 3 and 12 years old, at its headquarters, in Lagoa, between the 4th of October and the 31st of January, always on Thursdays. -fairs. “Color” is the theme of the initiative, which will be guided by Ester Andrés.
According to the trainer “art has an incalculable value in education and development. Through it we explore, discover, understand and develop the outer world, as well as the inner world, being a fundamental area for the formation of identity, in the discovery of the self and in the expression of feelings».
Thus, this atelier aims to provide children with «a diversified experimentation of plastic arts supports, materials and techniques, which will take the little ones on a journey into the fun, creative and curious world of the arts», according to Ideias do Levante.
The association adds that the activities, "adjusted to the creative minds of little artists, aim to experiment with the new and thus open up new paths and expand the world."
The children will be divided into two groups, one from 7 to 12 years old and the other from 3 to 6 years old. For the first group, the timetable is from 17:00 to 18:00, in the case of the little ones, classes take place between 18:00 and 19:00.
Applications can be made online, by filling out a form. Enrollments are limited to eight children per workshop. The cost is 35 euros for non-members and 35 euros for members.
