Prime Minister António Costa and Tiago Brandão Rodrigues, Minister of Education, will this Wednesday, 12 September, at 11:30 am, to the opening ceremony of the Loulé Music Conservatory, located in the renovated Solar da Música Nova.
At the official start of the 2018/2019 school year, the governors will also be accompanied by João Costa and Alexandra Leitão, secretaries of State for Education.
This will be the first public music conservatory located south of Lisbon and will have a capacity for 400 students. The investment is 2,5 million euros.
The historic building of the city center of Loulé will also house the headquarters of the Philharmonic Society Artistas de Minerva and the Music School of this cultural association.
