The cloisters of the Museum of Faro in July and August, they will be transformed into a movie theater, in another open-air movie show.

In total there are 10 sessions (the first held this Monday, July 2nd), taking place on the 5th, 9th and 12th of July and the 9th, 13th, 16th, 20th, 23rd and 27th of August, always at 22 pm, with organization of the Film Club of Faro.

All films are preceded by a short film in dialogue with the main film. The next session, for example, on the 5th, shows the short “A Brief History of Princess X”, by Gabriel Abrantes, followed by the film “Gauguin”, by the director Edouard Deluc.

This exhibition also includes, on August 16th, the film “An Artist's Disaster”, by James Franco, or the “Lost City of Z”, by director James Gray, on the 20th of the same month.

It all ends, on August 27th, with “Me, Tonya”, by Craig Gillespie. To consult the complete program, click here

During the sessions of the open-air cinema exhibition, the members of the Cineclube de Faro they will be able to acquire the support (1 euros per session) and/or regularize their situation.

The general public will be able to benefit from the advantages of purchasing a set of tickets in advance: pJuly bake, with four sessions, for 10 euros, pass to August, with six sessions, for 15 euros, or the complete pass, with 10 sessions, for 20 euros.

Anyone can join the Film Club of Faro courses but, if you prefer, you can do it in person in the sessions of this exhibition.

To do so, just fill in the registration form, available at the ticket office, bring two passport photos, pay the annual fee of 30 euros and 5 euros in support (5 tickets/5 sessions) to start attending the activities at a reduced price.
