A truck, belonging to the company Ambrigroup, burned this Thursday morning, 12 July, in Via do Infante, near Estômbar (Lagoa), but no injuries were caused.
The lorry was carrying wood, which burned to the ground, together with the heavy vehicle.
Ao Sul Informação, source of the District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) of Faro he said that the A22 was cut, towards Portimão-Faro, as you can see in the photo.
The traffic, however, is already normalized in Via do Infante, despite the firefighters remaining in place.
According to what our newspaper found, during the operation, all car traffic on the A22 was diverted to the EN125, ending up causing constraints on this road, especially on the Arade bridge.
There were 19 firefighters from Lagoa, in a total of eight vehicles.
