A collision, between a bus and a car, which occurred this morning, June 26, at the roundabout of the wagon, in Vale da Parra (Albufeira), caused five minor injuries.
The alert was given at 13:05 pm.
Source of the District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) of Faro revealed to Sul Informação that three of the wounded were circulating on the bus and the other two were on board the car.
According to reports from witnesses at the scene, the bus passed over the roundabout, breaking the cart, and entered a private parking lot.
The bus driver even had to be transported to the Hospital de Faro, while the remaining wounded were taken to the Albufeira Health Centre.
National Highway 526, where the accident occurred, was cut off, but has now been reopened to traffic. There were 17 operatives and eight vehicles at the site, from the Albufeira and São Bartolomeu de Messines Firefighters, from INEM, Cruz Vermelha and GNR.
