The I Marcha do Vizinho takes place on the 26th of May, in Azilheira, in the parish of São Marcos da Serra (Silves).
Under the motto “bring your neighbor and come for a walk”, this initiative by a group of residents of this locality, challenges participants to choose to go on a five or nine kilometer walk, in a spirit of frank interaction between friends and neighbors. , in this way, the European Neighbor Day, which is commemorated on the 27th of May.
The initiative has the support of the Municipality of Silves and interested parties must register on site.
It is recommended that all participants be equipped with comfortable equipment and sneakers and water to hydrate while walking.
