The former Hotel Guadiana, in Vila Real de Santo António, will be renamed Grand House and its opening will take place «at the end of June», they revealed to Sul Informação those responsible for the enterprise.
At this moment, as our newspaper was able to verify, in loco, recently, the renovation works of the main building of the hotel, an ex-libris of the city, are already practically concluded, being given the final touches for the opening of the house inside. of just over a month.
As explained by the president of the Chamber of VRSA Conceição Cabrita in an interview with Sul Informação, the first granted by the edil since she was elected, in October, the Grand House will be developed in three distinct spaces: the former Guadiana Hotel, the Casa da Alfândega and a Beach Club, in Ponta da Areia.
This new hotel, the first of 5 stars in the municipality of VRSA, will be opened by the South African hotel chain Grand Africa.
