A concert with Manuel de Oliveira Trio and the Algarve's Susana Travassos and João Frade will take place this Saturday, April 21, at 22 pm, at the Casa do Povo of Santo Estêvão de Tavira. 

With a vast international career, Manuel de Oliveira is described as one of the most promising contemporary guitarists.

It already has an international edition in 2007 – Amarte – by the publisher Harmonia Mundi and has been present at some of the most important European festivals, such as “Emociona Jazz!”, in Madrid (Spain), or Couleurs Jazz, in Tourcoing (France). alongside names such as Brad Mehldau, Chic Corea, Mike Stern, Richard Galliano, among others.

Manuel de Oliveira inaugurated “Guimarães 2012 European Capital of Culture”, edited “Iberia Live”, with Jorge Pardo and Carles Benavent and with the new voice of fado Cristiana Águas presents the show Fado Iberia.

At the Casa do Povo of Santo Estêvão he will be on stage with the Algarvean Susana Travassos, who at the invitation of Aline Frazão participated in the Festival da Canção 2018, and the virtuoso accordionist from Algarve João Frade, who, in addition to his solo project, integrates others with Maria João and Mário Laginha and/or Pedro Joia.

Serões da Primavera counts on the support of the Municipality of Tavira, through the program of support to the Cultural Associations of the “Viva a Primavera” council, of the Parish of Luz de Tavira and Santo Estevão and of the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve.
