Two concerts, with Linda Martini and Rui Massena Band, and a humor show, by Pedro Tochas, will liven up, from Friday to Sunday, the Cine-Teatro Louletano, in Loulé.
On Friday, March 9, Lisbon rock band Linda Martini, composed of André Henriques (vocals, guitar), Cláudia Guerreiro (bass), Hélio Morais (drums) and Pedro Geraldes (guitar), presents their new disc, premiering in the Algarve, from 21 pm.
The album “Linda Martini” is in 1st place in the national top of sales. Also the albums “Olhos de Mongol” (2006), “Marsupial” (2008), “Casa Ocupada” (2010), “Turbo Lento” (2013), “Sirumba” (2016) are among the music's mandatory records. in recent years”, says the Chamber of Loulé.
On Saturday 10th, Pedro Tochas brings to the Cine-Teatro Louletano, at 21 pm, the show “Pedro Tochas – Discoveries”. “With a new format, the author and interpreter reveals what they have discovered and what they still want to discover, in an assessment of what it means to be 30 years old in today's society”, adds the municipality.

After the acclaimed debut of his most recent project, in November 2017, at the Centro Cultural de Belém, as part of Misty Fest, the contagious conductor, composer and pianist Rui Massena returns to Loulé, on Sunday 11 March, at 17 pm, to present, for the first time in the Algarve, its new concept of show.
Rui Massena Band was born from an experimentation platform beyond the most classic universe. The use of avant-garde electronics will serve to create a sound universe in which the piano will continue to serve as a guide, but in which new sound organizations come into play.
After the concert in Madrid, where critics placed him at the level of important names in the current modern classical scene such as Philip Glass, Michael Nyman or Wim Mertens, and the even more recent compilation “Fragments of Harmony – A Collection”, released by Deutsch Grammophone , in which a theme of his appears side by side with names like Ludovico Einaudi, Max Richter or Ólafur Arnolds, Rui Massena “seems definitely to want to embrace this musical universe designated as Neo-Classic or New Age”.
The Rui Massena Band tour includes six concerts in very special rooms for the musician: Centro Cultural de Belém (Lisbon), Casa da Música (Porto), Convent of São Francisco (Coimbra), Theatro Circo (Braga), Cine-Teatro Louletano (Loulé) and Teatro Micaelense (Ponta Delgada).
Linda Martini and Rui Massena Band's concerts are aimed at people over 6 years old and tickets cost 10 euros, increasing to 8 euros for those over 65 and under 30. The comedy show “Pedro Tochas – Descobrimentos” is aimed at people over 16 and the ticket costs 12 euros or 10 euros for people over 65 and under 30.
