The catalog of exhibition “Loulé: Territories. Memoirs. Identities" will now be presented, on the 15th of March, at 18 pm, at the Museu Nacional de Arqueologia, in Lisbon, where the exhibition has been on display since last June.
The book that results from the exhibition summarizes “the last hundred years of archaeological research in Loulé”. And, in its "600 and many pages", there are "many clues for future investigations", said the mayor of Loulé in the launch of the work, last February, on the 30th anniversary of the elevation of Loulé to the city.
The presentation of the catalog at the National Museum of Archeology (MNA), which organized the exhibition together with the Municipal Museum of Loulé, will be attended by Paula Araújo da Silva, Director General of Cultural Heritage, Vítor Aleixo, President of the Chamber of Loulé, António Carvalho, director of the MNA and Duarte Azinheira, director of the Publications Unit of the National Press Casa da Moeda.
