“Ferry, Roman city. Information, the project, future actions” is the theme of the conference that Lais de Guia – Cultural Association of Maritime Heritage and the Centro Ciência Viva de Tavira are promoting, next Saturday, January 20th, at 15 pm, in that center.
This conference will have as speakers the archeologists João Pedro Bernardes, Cristina Tété Garcia and Vítor Silva Dias, who will present the latest archaeological research work carried out on the Torre d'Aires farm.
Proposals for future actions for the study will also be presented and debated, safeguard and publicizing the ferry.
Participation in this conference is free, but seating is limited.
