Learning to make “Eco Velas” or electric Christmas cards are some of the activities proposed by the Centro Ciência Viva (CCV) in Tavira in a Christmas vacation program for children aged 6 to 12 years.
This “Eco Velas” activity takes place on December 19, from 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm.
“Do you know what to do with used cooking oil? Creates candles with original patterns, colors and scents», says the CCV de Tavira.
As for the activity of Christmas postcards, which will have LED lights, batteries and conductive ink, it takes place on the 21st, at the same time.
In addition to these initiatives, there will also be “DNA, tell me who I am”, on the 27th, where they will set out “to discover the DNA molecule through fun laboratory experiments”.
Participation in each activity costs €7 per child. If you participate in four activities, the price is €25, and for eight it is €40.
