The XIV Meeting of Entrepreneurs of the Municipality of Mértola will take place on the 25th of November, from 14:15 pm, at the Pomarão Interpretation Centre.
This is, according to the Chamber of Mértola, “a privileged place for exchanging experiences between local entrepreneurs and specialists from various fields.
This year's program has two sessions.
The first, at 14:30 pm, will address drought, climate change and the future of economic activities in Mértola. Moderated by André Vizinho, from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon.
The second session, at 17:15 pm, has the theme “Human resource qualifications and the needs of companies”, with moderation by José Pires dos Reis, from the Knowledge Transfer Center, Business Incubator, of the Polytechnic Institute of Beja.
The Meeting also counts with the participation of several specialists, as well as local entrepreneurs who will present their companies and their experiences.
The initiative is organized by the Mértola City Council and the Guadiana Valley Entrepreneurs Association. The full program is available here
