There were those who walked, more or less quickly, there were those who ran. In all, five thousand people participated in the 17th Mamamarathon, which took place this Sunday morning, in the riverside area of Portimão.
The initiative aims to raise funds for the Oncological Association of the Algarve, helping it in the fight against cancer.
