HELP 21, an Algarve gymnasium that is now part of the Timing Group, founded by the Faro businessman Ricardo Mariano, will present its new image and concept this Saturday, July 1st, at a party open to the community at the Elements restaurant, in Praia de Faro, from 19:00 am.
Among the new features of the gym, of which the personal trainers Vânia Cruz and Daniel Jacó, HELP21 highlights “an unprecedented action in the region: every Wednesday the children of CASA users – Support Center for the Homeless, will have a completely free class”.
In a note sent to the newsrooms, the gym says that «at a time when several competitors appear in the Algarve capital, HELP21 – Fitness Club – assumes its centrality and bets on a concept of functional personalized training, with Personal Trainers available daily with innovative and unique in Portugal».
HELP21 – Fitness Club – is open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 am to 13:00 pm and from 17:00 pm to 21:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Rua Jornal O Algarve, nº48-A, in Faro.
