In addition to these 3900 athletes, «many of them come accompanied by their parents, so we will have, not only Faro, but like the entire central area of the Algarve, completely depleted of accommodation. It is an event that can involve around 10 thousand people».

The National Gymnastics Festival will have as its nerve center the Penha Municipal Pavilion, where the main galas are held, but «there will also be events at Pontinha, another at Jardim Manuel Bívar and another at Forum Algarve, where gymnasts will pass.
