Luiz Caracol will present his new album “Metade e Meia”, in concert, next Saturday, April 8th, at Teatro Mascarenhas Gregório, in Silves.

Three years after the album “Devagar”, the singer-songwriter presents his new work, «with strong musical influences from maritime, port and mulatto Lisbon», according to the Municipality of Silves.

“Metade e Meia” is, says the municipality, the “culmination of a mature sound, lyrical and musical journey that is due to his solo but never solitary journey”.

The singer, of Luso-Angolan origin, says Câmara de Silves, has always «assumed a very strong mestizo side in his music and lyrics» to which he combines sounds of the funk. rock and reggae

The debut of the new album in Silves is part of a tour national, and is promoted in a partnership between the Municipality of Silves and Ampla Portugal.

Tickets cost 5 euros and can be booked by calling 282 440 800 or by email [email protected] of the Culture sector of the Municipality of Silves.
