Young talents from the Algarve in the areas of music (instrument), singing, dance (modern, classical, traditional and ballroom), illusionism and circus arts (juggling, balancing), between the ages of 6 and 17, can now register for the 15th edition of the Children and Youth Arts Festival in Albufeira.
Interested parties should register by 15:00 pm on February 13th, at the Tourism, Economic and Cultural Development Division of Albufeira City Council, at the Lídia Jorge Municipal Library (Urbanização Quinta da Correeira, 8200-112 Albufeira).
Participants will be divided into two strands, from 6 to 11 years old and from 12 to 17, being able to compete in a maximum of two sports. Young people born or residing in the Algarve can compete.
The event will take place at the Municipal Auditorium, at 16 pm, with two qualifiers scheduled for March 00th and 4th, and the Final will take place on March 11th.
As in previous editions of the Festival, there are monetary prizes for the first three classified in each aspect.
