The Câmara de Tavira acquired a new motor pump with a trailer with a capacity of around 98/liters per hour and stabilization and clearance equipment that improve the functionality of the extrication vehicle, to help the local Municipal Fire Department's mission.
The material acquired for the vehicle destined for extrication increases the response capacity of firefighters “in rescue missions to vehicles that have had an accident or collapsed structures”.
«This equipment consists of two high-pressure cushions, lifting capacity up to 30 tons, a double filling controller, a pressure regulator, four shut-off valves, five filling hoses and several complementary accessories with a box to store the entire material», described the Chamber of Tavira.
