invest_algarve_site_link-09InvestAlgarve – Support Network for the Economic and Social Development of the Algarve Region has, since yesterday, a new public service space in the municipality of São Brás de Alportel. Associated with the municipality's Entrepreneur Office, this is the second InvestAlgarve branch to be inaugurated in the region, after Lagos, in an initiative launched by the Algarve Intermunicipal Community – AMAL.

As AMAL explains, the InvestAlgarve branch “is the result of a partnership between local authorities, business associations in the region, local action offices and coastal action groups, local development agencies and various institutions that join efforts to streamline procedures with potential entrepreneurs ».

In São Brás de Alportel, potential investors now have a new support service for entrepreneurs that «provides information on support programs and guarantees an increasingly personalized follow-up in business development, a valence made possible through the network of cooperation that was being built between the partners», adds the association of municipalities.

AMAL considers that «the InvestAlgarve Network has made an enormous contribution to improving the relationship between the entities, creating and promoting the Algarve region as a support territory for multi-sector business development and strengthening the possibilities of cooperation between different institutions».

The InvestAlgarve Network was an initiative launched by AMAL that includes, among other activities, the holding of training sessions to train technicians from the municipalities and, thus, share knowledge among the more than 40 partner entities with a view to stimulating the regional economic context.
