The National Confederation of Retired Persons, Pensioners and Elderly MURPI, through its representation in the Algarve, will promote a demonstration to demand "a real increase in pensions and an improvement in living conditions" on Saturday, 29 October, starting at 15:30 pm, next to the Municipal Market of Faro.
«Since May 2016, the MURPI Confederation has been demanding an interim increase in pensions in order to seek to recover portions of the purchasing power lost with the policy of exploitation and impoverishment of the troika and of the PSD/CDS Government”, says the organizer of the demonstration.
The MURPI Confederation is also willing to "continue to fight for the increase of all pensions".
