psdBoth Cristóvão Norte, father, historical former deputy and founder of the PSD Algarve, and his son, also Cristóvão Norte and current deputy, will participate, as speakers, in a training, promoted by the Social Democratic Women (MSD) of the Algarve, which takes place next Saturday, November 5th, from 14 pm to 00 pm, at the district headquarters of the PSD, in Faro.

This training action arose from the “identified need to train some militants about what politics, parties and the internal organization of the party are”, says the PSD Algarve.

As such, the first panel, which will be given by Cristóvão Norte senior, is entitled «The Genesis of the PSD – the path from May 6, 1974 until today». The second panel will have the theme “The different organizations within the PSD”.

To explain them, there will be speakers from various branches of the party: Carlos Gouveia Martins, president of the District Political Commission of JSD Algarve, Luís Andrade, president of the District Secretariat of Social Democratic Workers (TSD) of Algarve, and Cláudia Luz, coordinator of the Secretariat Algarve MSD District.

Finally, the last panel will address “The PSD at different levels of Public Administration”. The speakers will be Rogério Bacalhau, president of the Chamber of Faro, Cristóvão Norte (son), current deputy, and Steven Piedade, president of the Parish Council of Montenegro.
